Rent index

The German Tenants' Association Bonn/Rhein-Sieg/Ahr e.V. is co-publisher of the rent index in the region. There are rent indices in the region for the cities of Bonn, Siegburg and Troisdorf. Unfortunately, there is currently no rent index for the city of Sankt Augustin.

The rent index helps you to find out whether you are paying too high a rent for your apartment or room. If the rent is far above the average, you may be able to ask for a rent reduction. But be sure to seek advice first. We help our members with this as part of our Legal advice.
